Quad Advisory ‘s objective is to put your enterprise AI in a new trajectorythat delivers industry leading capabilities to your entire business , IT andanalytics functions within 1 year. To achieve this we have developed a 1 yearengagement plan that is described below:Phase 1 – POC and AI Data Model – 3 monthsThe engagement will start with a session with your business leadership teamand the CIO. To discuss the strategic AI objectives and set direction for thenext 1 year to achieve industry leadership.Quad will then run a POC engagement for 3 months with 1 or 2 anchorbusiness functions – Sales or Revenue Management. The POC will set thecore data model and transformation in place. Once the data model is inplace, the AI Engines will be customized and tuned to start delivering theenterprise insights which the business function can action. The BI is alsocustomized to deliver the right insights in the right interface.Phase 2 – Train AI ModelsOnce the POC is completed in 3 months, there will be a phase of 3 monthswhere the next wave of business functions critical to topline revenue deliverywill be sourced for data and included in the model. The Quad AI engines willtrain on those models and enterprise insights will be piped to the BI.Phase 3 – Integrated EnterpriseIn the final phase the rest of the business functions will be integrated intothe data model.
